1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the cmrxpert platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use cmrxpert independently. Minors may use the platform only with verified parental or guardian consent. Healthcare providers must hold valid, active licenses in their respective jurisdictions. Pharmacists must be licensed and in good standing with their regulatory body.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5 Payment Terms

Consultation fees are displayed before booking and are due at the time of service. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. We may change our pricing at any time with prior notice.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes but is not limited to: impersonating another person or entity, providing false information, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts, interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform, using the Platform for any illegal purpose, or harassing or threatening other users or healthcare providers.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cmrxpert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to cmrxpert in the twelve months preceding the claim. cmrxpert is not responsible for the quality of medical advice or treatment provided by healthcare professionals using the Platform.
