CMRxpert is a digital healthcare platform that connects patients with verified doctors and pharmacists. From the CMRxpert Android app you can chat with a pharmacist, book video consultations, share prescriptions and reports, and keep your family's health profiles in one place.

Download the CMRxpert app from Google Play and sign up with your email address. We send a verification link to that address. Once you have verified it, sign in and create your first patient profile to get started.

Yes. One CMRxpert account can hold patient profiles for the people you care for, such as your children or parents. The number of profiles you can add depends on your plan.

Open the chat in the app and type your question. Our pharmacists are notified straight away and an available pharmacist replies to you. You'll get a notification on your phone when they respond, so you don't need to keep the app open.

Yes. Tap the paperclip button in the chat to send a photo, such as a prescription or a medicine box, or a PDF, such as a lab report. Each file can be up to 10 MB.

Book a consultation with a doctor or pharmacist in the app and choose a time that suits you. At the scheduled time, open your appointment and join the video call. The number of consultations you can book depends on your plan.

No. CMRxpert is not an emergency service. If you or someone near you has a medical emergency, call your local emergency number, such as 1122 or 115, or go to the nearest hospital straight away.

Online consultations work well for advice, follow-ups and questions about your medicines. Some conditions need a physical examination or tests, though, and your doctor will tell you when you should be seen in person.

You pay securely inside the app, for example with JazzCash. Your plan is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed. If you were charged but your plan wasn't activated, contact us with your transaction ID.

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access to your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Your privacy matters to us. All connections to CMRxpert are encrypted, and your health information is only available to you and the CMRxpert professionals involved in your care. We never sell your personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and how we use it.

Email cmrxpert.info@gmail.com from the address registered on your account and ask for your account to be deleted. Once we have verified the request, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except for records the law requires us to keep.

Doctors and pharmacists get their own dashboard in the app. From it they can manage appointments, hold video consultations, reply to patient messages and review the photos and documents patients share.
